What are the responsibilities and job description for the 1st Shift Draw Press Operator position at The Vollrath Company LLC?
Location: Kiel, WI
Hours: Monday through Friday (Start: 5a to 6a, End: 2:30p to 3:30p)
Pay: $24.25/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
Key Responsibilities
- Operate assigned draw press machines according to production schedules and work instructions.
- Load raw materials and monitor machine cycles to ensure proper operation.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, dimensions, and quality standards.
- Perform routine machine checks and basic preventative maintenance.
- Report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Keep work area clean and organized in accordance with 5S standards.
- Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
