Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as a Keyholder at The Vitamin Shoppe's Ann Arbor, MI location. In this role, the Keyholder will support the daily operations of the retail store by assisting with opening and closing procedures, leading the sales floor, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, delivering outstanding customer service, guiding customers toward wellness solutions, and supporting team members in achieving sales goals and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Product Knowledge to guide customers in selecting appropriate supplements, wellness products, and solutions.
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Experience in Retail Sales, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities to ensure satisfaction and build lasting customer relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and willingness to take initiative in daily operations.
• Prior experience as a keyholder or in a leadership role is a plus.
• Flexibility to work during store hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet operational needs.
