About The Vital Stretch® – Stillwater

At The Vital Stretch® Stillwater, our mission is simple: help people move better, feel better, and live better. Through one-on-one assisted stretching, we help our guests improve mobility, reduce discomfort, and enjoy a more active, pain-free life.

We’re building a warm, welcoming studio right here in the Stillwater community — and we’re looking for energetic, caring, well-ness-minded professionals to join us as Vital Stretch Practitioners (VSPs).

No prior stretching experience is required — we provide full paid training, including the NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coach (SFC) certification.

About the Role

As a Vital Stretch Practitioner, you’ll work one-on-one with guests using The Vital Stretch Method®, a science-backed assisted stretching system developed by clinical experts. You’ll help clients of all ages — from athletes to active seniors to busy professionals — move freely and live fully®.

This is a hands-on, people-focused role where you’ll build real relationships and see the impact of your work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assisted stretching sessions using The Vital Stretch Method®
• Listen to client goals and tailor each session to their needs
• Educate guests on mobility, flexibility, and recovery best practices
• Track client progress and adjust programs for best results
• Encourage consistent visits, retention, and membership enrollment
• Maintain a clean, friendly, and professional studio environment
• Participate in occasional community events and studio outreach
• Support social and member engagement when needed
• Manage follow-ups, booking notes, and guest communication
• Promote complementary services such as sauna, red-light therapy, and wellness retail

A Day in the Life of a VSP:

• 1-on-1 assisted stretch sessions
• Managing & texting your member base
• Setting & hitting monthly goals with your manage
• Social media video content (educational & fun!)
• Keeping the studio clean, fresh, and guest-ready
• Making outbound calls to leads & members
• Supporting local events (on-site & off-site)
• Assisting with day-to-day studio tasks

Qualifications

• Passion for wellness and helping others

• Willingness to complete the NASM certification and The Vital Stretch certification training (company-sponsored)
• Commitment to professionalism and studio standards

Schedule

• Part-time options
