Role Description
This is a part-time remote position for a Head of Marketing Communications. The individual in this role will lead the development and execution of strategic communication plans to effectively convey The Vital Project’s mission and initiatives to a wide audience. Responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns, overseeing public relations efforts, creating compelling messaging, and maintaining partnership communication. The role also involves working closely with volunteers and teams to ensure consistent branding and impactful outreach strategies. This individual must be a high school student.

- Strong skills in Communication and Strategic Communications
- Desire to learn about marketing
- Proven ability to lead and execute successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities
- Experience working in non-profits or with community-focused initiatives is a plus
