What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at The Vital Ground Foundation?
The Administrative Assistant will provide a wide range of administrative and staff support to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES/ DUTIES:
Administrative support
- Project a professional image through in-person and phone interaction: serve as primary person for inbound phone calls; receive and direct visitors;
- Collect and distribute incoming mail;
- Accurately process donations by entering relevant data into Vital Ground’s donor management software;
- Prepare outgoing mail, including donor acknowledgement letters/packets, merchandise orders, and other mailings as required;
- Maintain inventory counts;
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested, providing related assistance as required for Executive Director and other staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Projected Total Compensation: $22.00 per hour
