Quality Assurance Documentation Associate

Position Responsibilities-Tasks-Deliverables
- Assist with the preparation of the production of documents needed, training materials, etc.
- Provide support to QA Associates and Production teams by assisting with line verifications, conducting quality checks on truck shipments, and addressing other QA-related needs as time permits.
- Track, record, and compile data associated with the document control process.
- Manage, file, and organize quality assurance documentation.
- Participate in investigations regarding quality concerns.
- Assist in the reporting of quality issues.
- Work as part of the Safety Committee to improve plant safety.
- Prepare and create case labels, placards, and pallet tags for production.
- Upload data to video jets.
- Communicate changes on the production floor to the Quality Team.
- Able to print ERP production reports.
- Demonstrates effective time management skills to provide support on the production floor as needed, while ensuring all documentation responsibilities are completed accurately and on time.
- Remove obsolete versions of the worksheet and replace it with the current version.
- On time completion of production data entry

Knowledge-Skills-Abilities
Education
- H.S. Diploma or GED
- 1 – 3 years clerical or QA experience
- 1 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated Microsoft office proficiency (Word & Excel)
- 1 – 2 years WHM system experience strongly preferred
- Communication skills in both English and Spanish (2nd Spanish preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of personnel.
