Responsibilities

- Monitor patient health status through regular assessments, utilizing EMR systems for accurate documentation review and medical records management.
- Oversee compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure confidentiality of all medical information.
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care, including physiology and anatomy knowledge to support resident health.
- Manage budgets related to wellness programs and staffing, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Conduct staff training on medical terminology, documentation standards, and resident safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to Medicare guidelines and other regulatory requirements related to resident care.
