Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators with stand-up reach truck or stand-up forklift experience for a temp-to-hire opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for safely moving, storing, and loading products within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable using inventory systems, scanners, and computer-based tools while working efficiently to meet daily operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate stand-up reach truck and/or stand-up forklift equipment
• Load outbound trailers to ensure secure, accurate, and compliant shipments
• Unload inbound shipments and place inventory in designated storage locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory levels
• Use barcode scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory records
• Create shipping documentation and process product using computer systems
• Pick, stage, and fulfill orders to support shipping schedules
• Assist with general warehouse material handling and operational support
• Provide internal customer service and support as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, policies, and housekeeping standards

Qualifications:
Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent stand-up reach truck forklift experience
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable using computers, RF scanners, and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Steel-toe boots required

Preferred:

• Previous warehouse shipping, receiving, and material handling experience
• Forklift certification (training/certification available if needed)
• High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures
• Frequent standing, bending, and equipment operation throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Requires consistent adherence to safety standards and procedures
