Job Description
This position reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of HR, Admin, and Compliance. The hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities Include
- Providing clerical support to the HR department
- Managing daily activities within the dept
- Creating flyers and other communications for employees
- Coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings, and keeping the Sr. VP organized.
- Coordinate employee events
- Handling confidential information
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- A High School Diploma or equivalent,
- Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, or similar software experience.
- Attention to detail, ability to adhere to deadlines, juggle multiple priorities, and enthusiasm for working with people with disabilities are essential.
- Related college coursework and prior experience in a Human Resources or non-profit environment is preferred.
