Key Responsibilities
Golf Operations & Guest Experience
- Manage daily course activity to keep play smooth and enjoyable.
- Uphold strong service standards in the shop, on the tee, and on the course.
- Stay visible and approachable to build positive relationships with golfers and the community.
Instruction & Player Development
- Act as the lead coach, offering lessons, clinics, junior programs, and seasonal training.
- Coordinate scheduling, communication, and enrollment for all instructional programs.
- Design clear improvement paths for players of different ages and skill levels.
- Maintain current PGA membership or certification.
Events & Community Engagement
- Direct the setup and execution of tournaments, group outings, and special events.
- Develop fresh concepts to boost participation and create memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with local groups and schools to strengthen community presence.
- Work with ownership on an annual event plan that keeps the facility active.
Leadership & Teamwork
- Contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere alongside owners and staff.
- Mentor seasonal team members on service expectations and daily procedures.
- Bring creativity and new ideas to club programs.
Qualifications
- Active PGA member or certified professional.
- Background in instruction, player development, and golf operations.
- Strong communication skills with players of all levels.
- Experience organizing golf events or instructional programs.
- Passion for growing the game through service and community engagement.
- Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and busy-season hours.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
