The Virginian restaurant is looking for a Host/Cashier for our full service ,busy breakfast and lunch restaurant. Our team is comprised of experienced, motivated, and enthusiastic individuals who are ready to kick off their careers in the hospitality industry. As a Host/Cashier, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to all guests while maintaining high quality standards of food and beverage production. We are looking for individuals who are ready to take the next step in their career.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests with a positive attitude and knowledge of our menu
- Taking to go orders and serving food and beverages
- Knowledge of The Virginian restaurant POS system
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate effectively (written material, oral communication)
- Must possess strong problem solving skills in order to resolve problems correctly
- Must possess strong time management skills in order to perform daily tasks with urgency and accuracy
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
