- Oversee supervision of PTAs and support staff
- Bill and document within facility and insurance guidelines
- Collaborate with medical personnel to ensure coordinated care plans
- Assess patient needs, create, and modify treatment plans as necessary
- Understand adaptive equipment and demonstrate knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology
- Use hospital computer systems efficiently and ensure accurate documentation
- Minimum 6 months of experience; new grads encouraged to apply
- Valid state license and BLS certification
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical principles
