Qualifications & Skills: Requires at least one year of recent oncology nursing experience, a valid RN license, and current BLS certification. Preferred certifications include Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) and ACLS. Must possess critical thinking, excellent communication, physical stamina, interpersonal skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work under pressure.
