We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse RN specializing in Labor & Delivery to join our dynamic healthcare team in Rockaway, NJ, near Jersey City. This rewarding position offers an exciting opportunity to provide exceptional maternal and neonatal care in a fast-paced environment.

• Provide direct patient care to laboring mothers and newborns, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the delivery process.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs, promptly identifying and addressing any complications.
• Administer medications and interventions as prescribed, following hospital protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including obstetricians, pediatricians, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families on childbirth, postpartum care, and newborn care practices.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety standards to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.
