Responsibilities include participating in multidisciplinary assessments, developing and implementing individualized plans, providing direct therapy, documenting progress, acting as a service coordinator, and supporting families to promote child development.
Requirements include current MA licensure, ASHA certification or CF eligibility, knowledge of early childhood development, strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and cultural humility. Bilingual skills are a plus.
