Key Duties
- Perform accurate patient assessments based on condition.
- Administer prescribed medications and provide age-appropriate care.
- Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.
- Assist physicians with procedures and perform technical skills.
- Identify and address psychosocial needs, coordinating with social services.
- Promote safety and minimize risks during care delivery.
- Prioritize patient needs efficiently and effectively.
- Engage in lifelong learning to enhance nursing practice.
- Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Computer literacy.
- RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
