Registered Nurse (RN) - Surgical/Bariatric - Acute Care

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized care aligned with clinical standards and cultural diversity.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education.
• Coordinate and document care activities, promote teamwork, and support performance improvement initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional growth.
• Engage in evidence-based practice, research, and policy adherence.
• Participate in protocol development and resource management.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Licensed RN (single or multi-state compact) with required certifications such as BLS.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Less than one year of clinical experience required; prior patient care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and a commitment to continuous learning.
