Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Med Surg/Post Surgical/Telemetry - Full Time Day Shift

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Acute Care team in Hiram, GA. This full-time position offers a 7a-7p day shift, providing critical care across Med Surg, Post-Surgical, and Telemetry units.

• Deliver comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health management, post-surgical care, and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient charts and treatment plans.
