Registered Nurse - Orthopedics (Inpatient)

We are seeking a registered nurse for a fast-paced NT4 Ortho-Urology Surgical Unit with 41 beds, specializing in acute orthopedic and urology surgical care, including trauma patients. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, managing wound appliances, and coordinating with healthcare team members. The nurse will educate patients on wound care, mobility, and self-care, ensure safety, and monitor interventions.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and BLS certification within 30 days
• H.S. Diploma/GED or Associate’s Degree
• Proficiency in using nursing equipment such as wound vacs, drains, traction devices, and telemetry systems
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills

Compensation ranges from $38.93 to $63.35 per hour, with attractive benefits. External applicants with over 1 year of RN experience are eligible for sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, and additional incentives.
