Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for the Cardiac Telemetry unit in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will provide expert nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring, ensuring accurate assessment and timely intervention.

Responsibilities include

• Monitoring and interpreting cardiac rhythms and vital signs
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Educating patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care
• Responding promptly to cardiac emergencies and abnormal readings
• Documenting patient information accurately and thoroughly
