- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and assist physicians with procedures.
- Prioritize patient safety and promote cost-effective practices, minimizing waste.
- Engage in lifelong learning to stay current in nursing practices.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
- Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
