Radiologic Technologist

Position Overview: Perform radiographic procedures independently, taking responsibility for ensuring quality and accuracy. Execute related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist Program with completed clinical hours.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure as required, including Arkansas licensure if applicable.
• Experience demonstrating proficiency in radiologic procedures.
• ARRT registry or eligible; achieve registry within 6 months of hire or within 1 year in Arkansas.
• Skills in manipulating radiographic equipment, understanding basic anatomy, and evaluating images.
• Ability to lift, move patients, and operate equipment effectively; capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
• Effective communication and ability to adapt to stressful or emergency situations.
• Proficient in using radiographic machines, processors, and computers.
  
  

Key Duties: Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, evaluate radiographs, and ensure patient safety and comfort. Maintain equipment and adhere to safety protocols.

Skills & Abilities: Technical expertise in radiography, anatomical knowledge, manual dexterity, and effective communication.
