We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide evidence-based outpatient rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities Include

  • Evaluating patients with orthopedic, neurological, and work-related conditions
  • Developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing hands-on therapy to restore function, mobility, and quality of life
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team
  • Documenting patient outcomes
  • Educating patients and families

Qualifications And Skills

  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehabilitation
