We are seeking a dedicated *Interventional* *Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician (Physiatrist)* to join our multidisciplinary team providing high-quality, patient-centered care for individuals with brain and spine disorders.

- Providing outpatient rehabilitation services
- Conducting physical exams and diagnostics
- Developing personalized treatment plans focused on functional recovery
- Performing procedures such as joint injections, RF ablations, and spine stimulations
- Participating in quality improvement, teaching, or research initiatives
- Maintaining accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
- MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Eligible in PM&R
- Valid NY medical license or eligibility
- Strong communication and team skills; pain management experience a plus
