Phlebotomist

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team in Phoenix, AZ. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately collecting blood specimens from patients, ensuring proper labeling and handling to maintain specimen integrity.

Key Duties Include

• Performing venipuncture and capillary draws with precision and care
• Verifying patient identities and explaining procedures to reduce anxiety
• Following safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a sterile environment
• Processing and documenting specimens in accordance with laboratory standards
• Maintaining cleanliness of work area and equipment
• Assisting with inventory management of supplies
• Providing excellent patient service and addressing patient concerns professionally
