Occupational Therapist / Physical Therapist - Full Time

Position Overview: Provides comprehensive therapy services to adult patients, including evaluation, treatment, education, and consultation to maximize patient abilities. Works as part of a multidisciplinary care team to ensure optimal clinical and financial outcomes under organizational guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct evaluations, manage documentation, billing, and scheduling for a full caseload.
• Supervise support staff and communicate professionally with team members and physicians.
• Collaborate with leadership and adhere to organizational policies and ethical standards.
• Possibly serve as a clinical instructor or participate in departmental committees.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Educational requirements include a degree from an accredited program.
• Additional certification in outpatient pelvic floor therapy (Herman & Wallace Level I or equivalent) preferred.
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills.
