- Engages in ongoing professional development.
- Completes assigned goals effectively.
- Experience: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.
- Education: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.
- Training: Minimum required and preferred/desired levels.
- Skills: Computer literacy (minimum required), with additional preferred skills.
- Licensure: BLS certification within 14 days of hire; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
