- Relate resident condition information clearly and tactfully to residents, families, and team members.
- Maintain a cheerful, patient, and enthusiastic attitude, especially when handling difficult residents.
- Seek out and incorporate new nursing methods and principles into practice.
- Possess basic computer skills and the ability to work harmoniously with others without posing health or safety risks.
- Current, active RN or LPN license without restrictions.
- Strong communication skills in English.
