- Managing 12 to 20 patient encounters daily, with a ramp-up period to reach 20 patients per day.
- Conducting consultation and follow-up appointments, typically lasting 45 and 15 minutes respectively.
- Working Monday through Friday, with no call coverage required for the APP.
- Utilizing clinical documentation through paper charts and electronic medical records supported by dictation tools.
- Board certification in Hematology/Oncology.
- Prescriptive authority and hospital privileges.
- Experience with outpatient oncology and hematology care.
- Ability to manage patient load efficiently and adapt to clinical needs.
- Support from full-time and part-time physicians, along with administrative staff.
- Flexible appointment durations based on clinician preference.
- Work in a facility affiliated with a large hospital system, equipped with clinical support systems.
