Your responsibilities include monitoring and reporting patient condition changes, and assigning duties, instructing, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

- Graduation from an accredited LPN program
- Active LPN/LVN license in the applicable state

- Ability to make independent decisions when necessary
- Deliver competent, compassionate care
- Exhibit excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude
