Role: Registered Nurse supporting Women & Infants in a float pool setting across multiple hospitals.
Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes, prioritize wellness and evidence-based practice, precept new staff, and contribute to patient safety and quality care.
Unit Focus: Care units include Mother/Baby, Labor & Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU, guided by AWHONN and AACN standards with specialized certifications such as RNC-OB, C-EFM, NRP, and CCRN.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN license, 6 months Women & Infants RN experience or completion of fellowship, NRP certification within 6 months of hire, and BLS certification before start.
