Human Service Specialist (Part-Time) – Community Transition Team
Role Overview: Supports clients through community-based services, administering drug tests, monitoring medication, and providing feedback on progress. Collaborates with teams, maintains accurate documentation, and participates in meetings and supervision. May testify in legal proceedings and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and basic computer skills. Preferred candidates have one year of related experience. Must demonstrate strong communication, professionalism in crisis, independence, teamwork, and adaptability to various settings and technologies.

- Administer urinalysis, breathalyzer, oral fluid, and sweat tests
- Provide services per client plans
- Assist with medication monitoring and compliance
- Maintain detailed, compliant documentation
- Engage in client meetings and staff development
- Support legal testimony when required
