- Delegating tasks to LPNs and Nursing Assistants to ensure optimal patient care.
- Collaborating with the healthcare team, patients, and families to develop and communicate care plans.
- Ensuring smooth communication of patient information across shifts.
- Graduation from an approved nursing school.
- Current license or awaiting licensure from the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
