High-end rate of $675 per day for a Gastroenterology position in an outpatient ASC setting.
Sedation model: Most procedures are performed under procedural sedation; anesthesia is available for complex or higher-risk patients.
Procedure mix & volume: Focus on upper, lower, or combined endoscopies with or without biopsy; some post-procedure management of chronic GI conditions may be involved, with potential remote management through TeleMed2U.
EMR system: IMS at Greenhaven location.
Operational pacing: Typically a single-room schedule, not double-headers.
Setting: Outpatient, ASC-based.
ERCP requirement: Optional, requiring additional privileges at hospital-based centers.
Clinic expectations: Limited clinic involvement with APP support; possible remote follow-up or broader GI management via TeleMed2U.
