Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Nurse Practitioner at a Family Health Care Center.

  • Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, current Illinois license, CPR certification, and preferred one year of experience.
  • Provides primary care across all ages, ensuring quality medical services in line with protocols and policies.
  • Focus on geriatric medicine and assist with occupational medicine follow-ups.

Schedule is full-time, with four 10-hour shifts (7:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday).

The position offers an hourly pay range of $55.50–$80.48 (DOE) and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Work is in person at the hospital's Family Health Care Center in Salem, Illinois.
