Role Overview: A CT Technologist II Acute is responsible for operating advanced CT imaging equipment to perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures in a regional multi-ICU trauma medical center.

- Prepare patients and operate CT equipment for inpatient, outpatient, emergency, and operating room procedures, including biopsies, drainages, spinal injections, cardiac, and trauma scans.
- Assist physicians during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, ensuring accurate imaging and patient safety.
- Adapt procedures based on patient age and specific needs, interpreting information to determine appropriate care.
- Certification: ARRT (R) or (N) or CNMT required; ARRT (CT) certification within 6 months of hire.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 2-year/Associate Degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year in CT preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, basic computer skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, and adaptability to patient needs.
