Position: Registered Nurse with clinical and leadership responsibilities.

Hours: Full-time, 8a to 5p, Monday to Friday.
Role Overview: The Clinical Nurse Manager oversees 24-hour accountability for nursing practice, staff development, performance improvement, and regulatory compliance within their assigned clinical areas. Qualifications: BSN required, MSN preferred. Valid IL RN license and BLS/CPR certification through AHA. Minimum of 3 years clinical experience, with previous management experience preferred.
