Certified Medical Assistant - Clinic

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant to join our University Internal Medicine Clinic in Hanahan, SC. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional patient care, assist providers with clinical procedures, and ensure smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities Include

• Greet and check-in patients, verify demographics and insurance information
• Obtain patient histories, measure vital signs, and document accurately
• Prepare patients for exams and assist providers during procedures
• Administer injections and perform basic lab tests as directed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
• Manage patient scheduling, follow-up calls, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety and confidentiality protocols
