Ready to build decks, and have a career you actually enjoy? The Vinyl Outlet is growing fast, and we’re on the hunt for hands-on, hard-working humans who aren’t afraid to get a little dirty (okay, sometimes a lot dirty). We install fences and composite decks that make backyards awesome — and we need installers who can help us make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install composite decks like a boss
- Work with our Team Leads (they're cool, we promise) to get jobs done right
- Keep the job site clean, safe, and accident-free (no tripping over tape measures)
- Use tools, lift stuff, and occasionally impress the neighbors
- Chat with clients and answer questions with a smile
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience is great, but we’ll train the right person
- Good with tools and not afraid of a little math (angles, levels, etc.)
- Can lift 50–100 lbs. without grumbling too much
- You like working outside (sun, wind, rain, or the occasional "is this weather even legal?" day)
- Valid driver’s license and a decent playlist for the ride to job sites
