We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Commercial Retail Store Cleaning Associate to join our team. The Commercial House Cleaner works closely with management to ensure spaces are cleaned to the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation.
The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We value individuals who bring professionalism, integrity, and care to every space they clean and who are interested in working with a small business.
General support responsibilities include:
- Perform high-quality commercial and residential cleaning services, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Maintain consistent standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and attention to detail
- Follow cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and company protocols
- Use cleaning products and equipment properly and safely
- Monitors supplies as needed and reports low inventory
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and properly stores equipment
- Communicates with management regarding special requests or issues
- Represents the company with professionalism and a client-first mindset
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Able to demonstrate reliability and dependability.
- Represents the company with integrity and dedication.
- Maintains professionalism and provides excellent support service.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
