What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Food Runner position at The Vineyard at Florence?

REQUIREMENTS:
- Dynamic, energetic team member.
- Great communicator; verbal, non verbal and written
- Basic computer operating skills (PMS, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
- Be fit – able to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Attention to detail and clean freak!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and clean tables, clear dishes, provide and keep guests’ water filled. Maintain clean service areas and cleanliness and neatness of the department
- Focus on the Guest. Greet guests and make all guests feel comfortable.
- Perform opening and closing procedures at the start and end of each shift. Assist colleagues and fill in for them as required

Through requests of visitors and within the local community, The Vineyard at Florence expanded to include a hotel with luxurious lodging, restaurant, spa, as well as extraordinary spaces for weddings, special events and impactful entertaining.
