Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Coordinates and manages the onboarding program for new hires
- Conducts pre-employment checks on all new hires per licensing standards and policies
- Verifies education and professional licenses
- Completes full cycle recruiting including sourcing and recruiting top talent, screening applications, and determining if applicant meets qualifiications
- Prepares and manages various human resource records and spreadsheets, including employee files
- Aids HR Director in the implementation and maintenance of policies and procedures in accordance with the appropriate State, Federal and Joint Commission statues, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree Preferred
