Job Summary
Looking for someone to join our one of a kind hospitality team as a Bartender or Barback, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests and members. We have 3 bars within our venue currently. A white table cloth upscale modern restaurant, a members only upscale sports lounge, and our NEW members only pool bar!
As a key player behind the bar, you'll craft delicious drinks, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure the bar area remains clean, organized, and inviting. Whether mixing cocktails, assisting with food service, or supporting the bar team, your role is vital in delivering a lively and welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic nightlife or hospitality environment.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including cleaning glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Assist with food preparation and service when needed, including bussing tables and supporting catering events
- Operate Toast POS for accurate cash handling and order processing
- Restock bar supplies, ingredients, and garnishes to ensure smooth service throughout shifts
- Support the team during busy periods by bussing tables, clearing empty glasses, and managing guest flow
- Work in various bar settings from our upscale white table cloth restaurant, upscale lounge or pool bar.
Skills
- Proven experience in food industry roles such as bartending, food service, or hospitality environments with references. 2 or more years of bartending experience in a fast paced setting required.
- Familiarity with Toast POS for efficient transactions
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to handle cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures to uphold hygiene standards in bar and kitchen areas
- Experience with high volume bar preferred
- Excellent customer service skills to create a lively yet professional atmosphere
- Must be physically able to be on your feet for shifts and carry 20 lbs as you will be stocking ice, liquor etc.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
