Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they arrive and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring correct cash handling and order processing
- Mix drinks according to standard recipes while maintaining high quality and presentation standards
- Take food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card processing, and balancing cash drawers at shift end
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer experience
- Collaborate with team members during busy hours, including nightclub or banquet events, to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor guest behavior for safety purposes and respond promptly to any concerns or incidents
- Assist in setting up catering events or banquets when required, providing excellent service in diverse settings
Experience
- Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse clientele
- Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Experience in fine dining or retail food industry settings will be considered a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math for sales upselling, and calculating bills accurately are required
- Serving or catering experience enhances your ability to adapt quickly in various hospitality scenarios
- Knowledge of brewing processes or beverage crafting techniques is a bonus but not mandatory
