Supervisor Intensive Foster Care
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000
As a member of the Leadership team this position will be responsible for oversight and support for The Villages Intensive Foster Care program. This includes developing strategies to promote consistent and effective support and establishing and implementing best practice training in principles and procedures for the Intensive Foster Care Program.
The Supervisor for Intensive Foster Care Program will:

Manage and Oversees operations within Intensive Foster Care Program?

Responsible for clinical review of monthly progress reports and notes.?

Assists with Audit Preparation & file reviews.?

Oversee three Treatment Teams and will provide direct supervision to the Case Manager, FCS I, and FCS II on each team.?

Work closely with the Clinical Director to ensure that support and quality services are provided in a timely manner.?

Assist with any client, foster parent, or staff trainings,?

Sign off on any concrete assistance needs?

Assist Treatment Team staff with navigating the needs of both foster and kinship homes?
This position requires nights and weekend availability.
Position Requirements:

Masters degree in social work, counseling, or related human service area

If degree is Masters degree in other than Social Work, license or license-eligible is required.?

Supervised casework in the related field?

Two years of social services experience or related experience.??
