PART-TIME RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE – BOUTIQUE / GIFT SHOP
The Village, Gatlinburg | ~15–20 hrs/week
We're a local boutique gift shop known for a warm, curated shopping experience — and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys people, takes pride in a beautiful store, and wants to be a trusted part of a small team. If that sounds like you, keep reading.
TYPICAL SCHEDULE
- 3–4 shifts per week
- 1–2 daytime shifts and 1–2 evening shifts (store closes at 10:00 PM)
- Weekend availability required
- Consistent, reliable schedule expected
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome and assist customers in a way that feels genuine, not scripted
- Operate the POS and handle transactions accurately
- Restock and maintain organized, attractive merchandise displays
- Keep the store clean, organized, and inviting throughout your shift
- Assist with receiving and inventory as needed
- Close the store independently on evening shifts
YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU...
- Enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome
- Take initiative — you don't need to be told to straighten a display or help a customer
- Have retail or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
- Are reliable — your team counts on you to show up when scheduled
- Are comfortable working evenings and weekends
