CNA Skilled Nursing

Location: Allegria Village – Dearborn, MI

Our Skilled Nursing facility is an 80-bed unit located within a larger senior living campus, offering a more focused and team-oriented environment compared to large 200–300 bed facilities.

We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) who are dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing consistent, high-quality care.

We are especially looking for CNAs who want long-term stability and a supportive work environment—not constant job turnover.

Shifts available:

-Part-time and Full-time

-morning (6am-2pm) and afternoon (2pm-10pm)

• Provide compassionate, hands-on resident care

• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility

• Reposition residents and provide routine comfort care

• Monitor and report changes in condition or skin integrity

• Assist with transfers and ambulation using proper techniques

• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety at all times

• Document care accurately and in a timely manner

• Communicate effectively with nurses and care team members

• Valid CNA certification (required)

• 1 year of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a structured, team-based environment

• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude

• Willingness to be part of a consistent, long-term care team

• 80-bed skilled nursing facility (smaller, team-oriented environment)

• Lower-acuity care setting (non-vent, non-trach facility)

• Continuity of care across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing on one campus

• Staff build long-term relationships with residents across levels of care

• Each resident has a private room (no shared rooms), supporting dignity and comfort

• Convenient central location with easy access via multiple major highways

• On-site staff amenities including a cafeteria, fitness center, pool, and jacuzzi access for staff use.

• Stable, structured environment with consistent leadership support

• Opportunities for long-term employment and internal growth

• Ability to lift and assist residents (up to 40 lbs)

• Standing/walking 80–90% of shift

• Ability to bend, stoop, push, pull, and reposition residents

• Use of PPE as required for infection control
