Family owned and operated gourmet grocery store in the Oakland Hills is looking for an experienced PRODUCE MANAGER.
We are looking for the right person to join our produce department team. This individual needs to work well in a team environment, can multitask, is organized and courteous, and can get things done.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Rotating and Merchandising and ordering product
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs
- Manage team of 5
- Passion for produce
- Prior experience required.
Applicant must have a flexible schedule and be available to work days and evenings, weekdays as well as weekends, and holidays.
Spoken and written English needs to be very strong.
This is a union position that includes health and retirement benefits.
