We are specifically looking for caregivers who can serve communities in and around Overland Park.

This role is ideal for someone who loves serving families, enjoys working with babies and young children, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Our caregivers are constantly balancing the needs of mothers, babies, siblings, and the home to create a peaceful, well-supported postpartum experience.

Position Details

  • Performance- and tenure-based raises
  • Meaningful bonus opportunities for client referrals and caregiver retention
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Primarily weekday daytime hours, with some evening and weekend opportunities available
  • Service area: Overland Park and surrounding communities

What You’ll Do

Every family is different, but support may include:

  • Caring for newborns while parents rest, shower, eat, or recover
  • Engaging and supervising siblings
  • Light meal preparation and snack preparation

  • Supporting family routines and transitions throughout the day
  • Creating a calm, encouraging presence in the home
  • Helping parents feel seen, cared for, and supported during the postpartum season

This is a high-energy, active role. During a visit, you’ll often be caring for a baby while preparing a meal, rotating laundry, engaging siblings, and resetting the home—all while remaining attentive to a mother’s changing needs. The ability to multitask, prioritize, and take initiative is essential.

This is a non-medical caregiving position.

Caregivers do not:

  • Provide medical advice

  • Comfortable with active, physically demanding work including frequent walking, lifting, bending, carrying, and floor play with children
  • Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize changing needs throughout a visit
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting postpartum families
  • Background in childcare, education, nursing, doula work, social services, or a related field
  • Experience caring for multiple children of different ages
  • CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
