Part-Time Fine Dining Server

The Village Club is searching for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Fine Dining Server! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring member satisfaction through attentive service, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of our menu offerings. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome members with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance the member experience.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Handle member inquiries or concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution to enhance member relations.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to maintain a safe dining environment.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure all guests receive timely service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a server or customer service role is preferred, especially in a country club setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
• Ability to carry 50 lbs. up and down stairs
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
• Ability to engage with members positively, demonstrating strong member relations skills.
• A willingness to learn about menu items, including food preparation methods, to provide informed recommendations to members.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.

Position Type: Part-Time (Approximately 20–35 hours per week, based on business needs)

• Tuesday morning
• Wednesday morning
• Sunday morning
• Friday & Saturday – evening shifts
• Additional hours may be required during holidays or special events
